Royal Retreat & Lego Lodge with free parking

Excellent for centre of Windsor. Parking. Free WiFi. Very clean and spacious. Good shower. Host responded quickly when contacted.

No garden.

The location to Legoland, Windsor castle but also the decor is really nice.

The mattress were too soft for me.

We did not like anythig as the house was disguisting, so dirty.

The house was smelleing so bad and was so dirty. The beds did not have any sheets

Wir haben uns hier nicht wohl gefühlt. Das Bad war extrem klein. Die Betten waren unbequem. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war unbequem. Generell war alles nicht 100%ig sauber. Sehr stark befahrene Strasse direkt vor dem Haus mit viel Lärm.

We stayed here with our two children, aged 3.5 and 5 years old. We had a lovely time and found the accommodation clean and comfortable. It is really well situated for accessing Windsor and also Legoland. We appreciated the parking space too.

We were by the hosts to a different location because the Royal Retreat & Lego Lodge had been "damaged" by a previous occupant. We were not informed of this change until the day of arrival when finding another location in Windsor was impossible. While the alternative location provided was adequate (the house was nice and clean) it was miles from Windsor where we intended to stay as well as being directly across the road from Heathrow Airport . We have yet to receive the promised partial refund.

Everything , see above, We didn't actually stay at the Royal Retreat & Lego Lodge . I would not recommend this company/location to anyone. We found out that the location had been up-sold so the hosts could collect a higher rate for the room.
