Location for walking along the river,streams,backstreets.to restaurants and the station. Comfortable for the 5 of us.

The noise of traffic from the street.

Spacious, charming and comfortable apartment, close to subway station, Kyoto station, restaurants and convenience stores. Accommodating host, allowed early check-in, and was easy to communicate with, responding instantly.

The location, the amenities, the space and communication were all great!

The older middle aged among our group could’ve benefited from more pillow choices 😂 but it wouldn’t stop us from recommending or staying there again, as everything else was so comfortable and welcoming it was well worth it.

I like that they have a photo of the place, but they key box took us a few seconds longer to find. However it's ok, it's like solving an instruction mystery.

I didn't like that the dryer doesn't work well, so we had to do laundry down the street.

Walking distance to Kyoto Station. Across the bridge from Keihan Railway. Comfortable beds. Indian restaurant across the street delish

Downstairs bedroom requires a heater outside the room in winter. I would be wary of staying with children. Street noise constant.
