La localisation du logement est géniale, pas très loin de la gare, du centre et de la plage. Le lit est très très confortable et les meubles sont modernes.

La taille du logement est plus petite que sur l'annonce. Il n'y a pas de chambre, c'est un petit studio. Nous avons également senti des odeurs d'égouts lorsque le logement n'était pas aéré, ainsi que de la marijuana dans les parties communes.

The property was in an ideal location for us. It’s was cosy, it also had everything we needed for the weekend stay . We stayed 3 nights. Lots to do locally and we enjoyed our stay. We will stay again and would recommend to friends

Could have been cleaner, maybe a few plug ins or something .there was a few hairs in the shower and the floor a little sticky by the tv/ end of bed. I should have took slippers to wear to be fair.

"A clean, cosy and quiet apartment in a safe neighbourhood."

Located between the centre of Brighton and the centre of Hove. A short walk to Hove meant plenty of nice bars and restaurants on your doorstep. A short walk in the opposite direction gets you to the main centre of Brighton and all it has to offer. Neighbours of the property are friendly and welcoming.

A couple of shortfalls with utilities… The shower did not work properly. More water was coming out of the bottom of the shower pipe than the shower head itself. We couldn’t find a tea towel to dry up the utensils we had washed which left the side cluttered until the next day when they had drip-dried.
