Villa Lamuhouse Diani Beach

A very nice complex with a few family villas. The garden was unbelievably beautiful – blooming trees and flowers. The pool is the highlight of this accommodation – large, clean, and deep. The villa itself is very beautiful and spacious. The furniture and kitchen equipment are a bit older, but everything worked as it should. The location is close to the beach – about a 10-minute walk. The safety of the surrounding area is fine, especially during the day.

I liked the feeling of security (I haven't closed the door to sleep) honestly better than a hotel, the tranquility, the swimming pool and the attention of the service.

It is a little bit far from places to shop, it is solved with really reliable tuk tuks since here are the ones who call them

We, a group of 6 friends (3 couples), spent 7 nights at the Lamuhouse villa. The villa is located near Mombasa. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the villa to the beautiful beach. The villa is situated in a guarded area (security is on duty at the gate 24 hours a day). The villa's grounds are very spacious, with a large and clean pool. Monkeys often climbed in the trees above us, which felt very exotic to us. The villa is managed by a young woman named Monica, who was very helpful. She cleaned the rooms and, if requested, prepared lunch or dinner for us. Additionally, a couple of men took care of cleaning the pool and maintaining the grounds. The villa's owners live in Germany, and the property is overseen by a manager named Anne (who is also German but has been living in Kenya for many years). Anne was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information. There are many different restaurants and shops near the villa. We enjoyed everything very much, and I can give it the highest ratings.

The pool was amazing. The grounds are park like.

lugging our luggage up the steep narrow stairs. The WiFi was unreliable. The place is very difficult to find, especially if you arrive at night. Directions to the property need work. There is a big sign on the entrance gate that should be listed in the directions; and the gate, on Diani Beach Road, is next to a very well know business that is on Google Maps.

A few villas located in a beautiful garden with a big, clean pool in the middle. Cute dogs that chases away the baboons that comes and visit daily. :) Just a ten minute walk to the beach. Perfect for families. Very good wifi. We had booked a two bedroom villa, but got a huge villa instead! Thank you to the very welcoming team, we really enjoyed our stay!

The inside of the villa (we stayed in the red one) is a bit dated, especially the bathrooms and kitchen, but fully functional, with hot water.

The staff is very kind, the rooms and sitting area are spacious. It is quite and away from road noise.

Too many mosquitoes, and the windows nets are worn out.
