The cleanliness, quiet environment

It's great value for money, much cheaper compared the other resorts in the nearby area. The pool is very clean and we had a really fun time chilling in the pool. The caretaker Kim was really great, he was very active and helped us with everything we needed. They also have 3 very cute dogs. It's pretty close to the beach, a 10 min walk.

The last part of the road leading to the villa is a little shady, so I wouldn't recommend coming home walking if you're coming back at night. Uber connectivity is pretty good though and prices on Uber are reasonable, so mostly that's not a problem. One thing is that they don't provide drinking water, we had to go to the supermarket for that multiple times. It would be really good if they could at least provide drinking water complimentary (maybe install a water filter or something). It would be even better if they could also give some bare minimum things like milk, instant coffee power mixes, so that people can make tea/coffee in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment but there are no ingredients present.

The kitchen needs improvement very unhygienic utensils.

The room was quite spacious, to the liking of my family who felt at home immediately. The facility was well tended to in preperation to receieve us. Loved the hospitality over there and ease of movement to different facilities, shopping complex, beaches and entertainment joints.

The ocassional smell of dampness, especially if you are coming in from out. Perharps it had to do with the rainy season. The spring matress too wasn't giving the best comfort to my back.

The place was really nice and very clean. Loved the staff and how accomodative they were. Exceptional service is what I'd actually say. Plus, they are very responsive both on call and email.

Enjoyed the clean heated swimming pool, which made the stay even more worthwhile. You get a great view of the sunrise hitting the pool in the morning if you stay in the Red Villa. Our family fell in love with April, May, and June! April, especially, would check in on us in the morning and evening like we've known her for years (the kids are still asking to go back to see them)...Fanuel was such an amazing host, he made our entire stay seamless, we will be back to Oasis...

Some parts of the villa need to be updated, otherwise it's a great value for money, especially when travelling as a large family!
