8 BIRTH LODGE ON CAYTON BAY HOLIDAY PARK

Lodge was beautiful, location was great.

It says it could sleep 8… we had 6 adults and found it wouldn’t sleep anymore adults. With only 2 bedrooms we don’t see how you could sleep 4 more adults with only 1 couch bed?

Good location, bright, good selection of furniture and appliances. Fairly clean.

On toilet roll for two toilets. Limescale in kettle.

All ways like a bargain so could have been cheaper and no towels so had to buy some but that’s our fault really

The properly was absolutely spotless! Even the cutlery, pots and pans were perfectly clean. Everything you could need was provided for the stay and lots of really nice and helpful touches. Contact with the host was amazing and they were incredibly helpful. The property occupies one of the best spots on the park in my opinion. Really comfortable and enjoyable stay, would love to return not just to this park but to this property too.

Couple of very very minor issues (did not impact stay) Dishwasher did not clean the pots properly after one rinse so did do these by hand. The shower in the main bathroom did not stay on without holding up the pull on the taps that redirects the water (however there is a separate shower in the en suite)

The Lodge was lovely. It was well equipped & welcoming.
