Staying here was simply perfect. Host was extremely nice and gave us so many good tips for our trip. Everything is very clean and parking is always available. Loved it!

We had a great stay. Do not be discouraged by the place not being in the very center of the city. It is actually an advantage – location is very quiet, we always found a parking spot and it is very walkable distance. I highly recommend walking through the university grounds right across the street. The place itself is very clean and in pristine condition. The owner takes great care to maintain everything and it looks as new. From our room we had a nice view on the mountains and the sea. Nice addition were electrically controlled window blinds installed on the outside of the windows, which were perfect for when you want to sleep late. Not a beam of light got through. Kitchen is nicely equipped and we did not lack anything. There is also washing machine, drying machine and dish washer. With local humid weather you will definitely need drying machine, so this was a great addition. On our final day, after check out and before our flight, the owner also let us store our luggages on the premises. I highly recommend it. 10/10

- ruhige Wohngegend - guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden - sauberes, neues Haus mit mehreren Apartments - Gemeinschaftsküche gut organisiert mit beschrifteten Kühlschrankfächern und Schränken mit Geschirr und Besteck - Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden - Catarina war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit - kostenfreier Parkplatz an der Straße vor dem Haus (Nebenan ist eine Schule, es kann sein, dass es tagsüber etwas voller ist. Wir haben aber immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.) - ausreichend Handtücher, auch für die heißen Quellen

Per le mie esigenze mi sono trovato benissimo in questa struttura...molto pulito...letto comodo...posizione perfetta per parcheggiare l'auto e 15 minuti a piedi dal centro...bagno bello grande...

Everything. Everything was just perfect: - perfect host - Caterina (amazing, incredibly nice and helpful, with excellent communication skills / responsiveness. She is the real heart of this place, making her guests feel welcome). - perfect location (the house is situated in a very quiet area and at the same time within walking distance from the city center / bus stop / shops etc. which is extremely convenient) - perfect organization of the place, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - kitchen where every room has its own assigned table and own cupboard (with plates, cups, cutlery) which keeps things wonderfully neat and easy for everyone; + fridge, washing machine...; - very clean place Thank you Caterina for your hospitality and "home away from home".
