Elegant 4 Bed Room at Cleveland Clinic Area

Beds were nice and the INSIDE looked nice. Close enough to walk to museums, parks, stores, etc. Neighbors are super friendly.

First impression, not a great neighborhood, lawn needs maintenance, glass about, house can use a power washer, steps to porch not stable and rental has a boarded up front window. Back yard unusable, so if u have pets, will have to walk them. Communication with the owner. Days before arriving I messaged wanting to know what type of coffee maker it had so if I needed grounds or pods. No reply. The message for arrival I was given the wrong code to get the keys, thankfully they answered my phone call. The restroom shower leaks as we found it leaking in to the below dinning room. (We called owner about this, we were told they would have someone come by. No one did) No forks, no measuring cups, light in kitchen dull, one bulb out the other flickering. Kitchen sink has no stoppers to fill sink and do dishes, when running water in one sink the water would back up in the other. Fire alarm battery is dead, we had consistent beeping. Consistent emergency vehicles each evening, not allowing a peaceful evening. I left a list of these things so the renter will hopefully improve the place for future renters.

The house was great inside. Very clean. Newly refinished. Was very close to a Rockefeller Park to walk with pets. Also very close to Case Western University.

The refrigerator was leaking water the 1st day. The bathtub and sink upstairs had a slow drain. There was broken glass in the street and sidewalk and a deceased animal that made it not pet friendly.
