1. Location, very much in the center of everything. 2. Marilyn was friendly and responsive 3. Broken shutters were fixed next day. Although we struggled because of it the first night.

1. Toilets are shared: Mentioned in the description but its easily missed. All issues of unclean bathrooms that come with a shared toilet. 2. No showering liquids or soaps or even a holder to place your own. So don't forget to bring your own cleaning stuff. 3. Showering spaces are so tiny that you lift you hands slightly and you hit a wall. 4. Rooms were dusty and very small if you are with a family. 5. Our shutters were broken and even after fixing let in so much light at 3AM that sleeping was impossible. 6. The lights on the AC were blindingly bright that it looked like a light was ON at night. We had to cover it up with towels to block the light. 7. You cannot leave your luggage here for a few hours. 8. No cutlery or bowls or plates. Not sure if this was a hotel or a B&B. This was just a basic room within a house. 9. Blocked hair in shower drain that it took 5 minutes after a shower to drain the water. Like standing in a pool. 10. The pillows were either flat or high as mountain. Going back with neck pain. 11. Considering all the above points we overplayed by a lot. Will keep in mind to check every review and description going forward.

O quarto é muito bo,,confortável. O banheiro tinha acabamento ruim quanto à vedação do box, saía água por baixo. A faxineira entregou o quarto limpo com roupa de banho e três rolos de papel higiênico. Ela só voltou a limpar o quarto porque solicitei seis dias depois e trocou roupa de cama e de banho. Tem cafeteira, mas não tem cápsulas para a cafeteira e não encontrei cápsulas para Lavazza no mercado. Acomodação boa para ficar dois ou três dias porque não tem infraestrutura de limpeza.

Ficamos dez dias e recebemos três rolos de papel higiênico na entrada e mais dois rolos seis dias depois. Toalhas foram trocadas porque pedimos. A faxineira não era simpática, não cumprimentava e aparentemente o contrato com ela era limpar o quarto para o proximo hóspede. Quando reclamei da limpeza, a resposta foi que não era hotel. Não é um bnb porque não tem cozinha nem talheres, não é hotel e então só serve para estadias curtas. Nestas é impecável.

The unit bathroom shower screen door was broken. It was removed day after our arrival, but we had no shower screen door replaced. The bathroom shower wall area was filty like mold, but it was cleaned on next day after my request. Overall, all these issues should have been resolved before my arrival.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders die Matratze war super bequem.

Alquilamos 2 departamentos ambos impecables! Éramos 4; Uno quiso dormir en sofá cama y lo armaron enseguida

Que se inundó uno de los baños ya que estaba tapado el desagüe de la ducha. Supongo casualidad

The apartment felt very modern and new so I think it has been kept in excellent condition. The balcony was amazing with beautiful furniture, hot tub, sun loungers and a table and chairs which we used every day! The whole apartment was very clean!

The only thing I did like was the fact you had to go from 1 bedroom through another to get to the bathroom. 2 adults and 2 children probably would t have an issue but we were 4 adults. It wasn’t a deal breaker and we made it work.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable . belle terrasse.

Lino le propriétaire a oublié le jour même de nous envoyer la procédure d'arrivée. La paroie de douche de cette chambre et cassée et donc absente . NON pratique pour se doucher , beaucoup d'eau au sol.

Bien situé quartier calme à 10/15 minutes à pied du centre historique La grande terrasse avec le salon canapé est un plus.

Le chauffage du jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas

1. Stay is 6 minutes walk from the station 2. 10-15 minutes from the city center 3. The facilities within thr room worked well. AC, Kettle, lift etc all worked. 4. Room cleaned on request. Very clean. Bed is quite comfortable. 5. Overall stayed 10 nights without major disturbances

1. It is not an apartment/suite as stated. Its a room in an apartment. There is no kitchen, microwave or access to cutlery 2. The balcony of the house is seperate using glass so it feels quite small at time. Also limited privacy in that cases. 3. It has none of the hotel facilities like eveeyday cleaning or breakfast. And no kitchen. So you are bit stuck every morning till the trattoria open around 8 am 4. You don't have any water view from balcony - so that is bit mistated. The balcony is big but not fun to chill in. You can hear people in other rooms. 5. The way rooms are stated on booking.com is wrong. The "penthouse" room is not one with the hottub. So we had issue with that and I had to get refund from booking. 6. For the same price, i think better places available. At 70-80 - very fair. But otherwise it fails conceptually in that it's nor a hotel or an apartment or a B&B. It's a side project for owner- who clearly has spent a lot of money on the property- but the lack of details to resident experience shows. I stayed 10 days, it was okay but nothing special. I won't stay again but not angry either.
