MOA Shore 3 New Modern One bedroom Condo

Joli appartement , très propre, bien décoré et agréable avec vue dégagée dans une résidence sécurisée de standing. Personnel à l entrée particulièrement chaleureux. Bon contacte avec le propriétaire et surtout sa soeur , Mrs Ruby, qui était toujours joignable et disponible si besoin.

The host replied in a timely manner. The location is very good.

The cabinet door in the bedroom was a bit heavy to open.

- the staff tower - self check in - the flat layout

- bit far for MOA (especially with kids - more 20 / 25minutes than 5 to 10 as said - not much restaurant or atm around

The owner and unit manager were very kind and accommodating. I requested for the room to be decorated for my husband's and my anniversary and they exceeded my expectations. The room decor is chique and modern and the beds and pillows are really comfortable. We came as a family with 2 teenage kids and the room size is perfect. My husband and I watched JoKoy's show at MOA arena and the location is really convenient and accessible to restaurants and convenience stores. For an extra fee, we were able to use the pool which was huge and clean. We will definitely book and stay again next time.

I know it's the building's problem but it would really be swell if the cockroach problem is handled well.

Condo is situated close to Mall of Asia, has good onsite security and the lobby was very nice. Easy check-in even after midnight. Hosts clearly work hard to ensure the room is to a good standard. Nearby Alfamart and restaurants are very handy.

Despite those efforts the building itself seems to have endemic pest control issues. Frequent cockroach sightings even though I had little to no food in the condo. Makes it very hard to rate higher than 7, I stilll appreciated the effort of the hosts.

like the location,close to MOA very clean,spacious for 4 people. we love the stay for the 2 night we were there I will be back for sure thank you for Ms Rubie and Jenny
