MOA Shore 3 New Modern One bedroom Condo

Location was excellent close to Mall Of Asia. On arrival the staff were very helpful with accessing WiFi to enable us to obtain the door code as we didn't receive it until just before arrival and we didn't have phone service or internet service on our mobile phones due to coming from Australia. It is fully self contained so you could cook but we just ate out. WiFi is excellent and very good air conditioning. The security guards on duty are very helpful.

Unit was a little small for 3 people with large luggage. Shower and toilet area a little small but you get used to it. Balcony are way too small especially as most of the area was used for the air condition unit.

Loved the location, so close to everything. The host Ruby was amazing and so helpful. Seriously my new go to place when I'm in Manila

Very good location, close to Mall of Asia. It’s just like the pictures and it’s nice and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Only one thing to note, the sockets for electrics is all Philippine type, so remember to bring converters 😊

The unit has exquisite location placed at the end of the corridor which isn't anyt any noise and peacefull sleep ( in case you are worn-out sufficient for the day). Aesthetically rooms, relaxed ambience, easy and i like the scent across the unit. Additionally, close to the fire exit which is ideal for emergency conditions and you may see the pool out of the window.

Decent value for money.

Smaller than the pictures suggests. Lack of enough toiletries. Very rude owner who is oblivious of the law and wanted to strip me of my money!

The property is close to the Mall of Asia and NAIA which is really a plus factor, and there is a washing machine in the unit which is another plus factor.

The bathroom is too small, and there are tiny flies (fruit flies) on the wall of the bathroom, maybe coming out from the floor drain. On the 2nd Tuesday of our stay, there was a power outage which lasted the whole afternoon of that day which is understandably beyond the control of the property owner. However, in fairness to the property owner, we really appreciate it very much the kindness of her mother who welcomed us and assisted us during our stay. Also, I am so pleased with the staff in the lobby for being so courteous and helpful.
