I did not get to stay here, hence I have no comments.

So these people, after you book the property they will send you a message on your Booking.com portal. It says "THIS BOOKING IS NOT COMFIRMED" and asks you to contact them and pay. But anyways, I called them 2 days ago from my booking date to confirm the stay and they shamelessly said they have already given the room to someone else on those dates. They have this urgency to get the money immediately after booking. I didn't bother to worry much cuz part from the room the property has no amenities or services. Thank you, will never book this place.

"These people will let you down."

Do not book this property. They will expect money up front which is against Booking.com policy. Then if you don’t send it they will resell the property. Poor business practices and poor staff.

My stay was confirmed on Booking.com. They then contacted me and wanted the money up front. I explained that this was against Booking.com policy. It remained confirmed and that protocol had been followed. I was on my way to checkin and they told me that they had resold my booking and it was not available. This left me high and dry with no place to stay. The customer service woman was being yelled at by a man in the background in Hindi. When I complained about the behaviour she also forgot how to speak English. Poor behaviour which gives India a poor representation of what people are like. If they want to do business in this charlatan manner then they should not use a website which is known for professionalism and trustworthiness.

They cancelled my booking saying no advance payment was made. They cannot take money via booking.com for some reason. Will never book this again

Very Long and lengthy check-in procedure. I would recommend hotel checkin, which is easy and swift. I travelled from abroad , didn't have local sim and the room wifi had broken connection. It took 8 hours for them to respond and fix it.
