"Enjoyable stay for friend’s wedding. friendly staff but hotel needs some love."

We were upgraded to a garden bills which was nice. Breakfasts were good and the pools were nice.

Hotel needs some love - spa was closed, no gym, the Japanese restaurant was also closed undergoing renovation.

Great location near the airport. Comfortable rooms. Beautiful pools

Keycard didn’t always work. Room was quite a distance from the amenities. While there was a great variety of food at breakfast, a lot of it was cold.

J'ai rarement vu un aussi grand choix de plats pour le petit-déjeuner. Les piscines sont agréables. La chambre était grande et confortable. Bon pied à terre avant/après son vol.

La nourriture est chère et peu savoureuse. On est plus sur du 4 étoiles que du 5 étoiles. Rien est fait pour la propreté de la plage. Aucune poubelle n'est mise à disposition ou action de nettoyage initiée par l'hôtel malgré un personnel en surnombre et désœuvré.

We stayed here on both arrival and departure to Bali mainly because of how close it was to the airport. Aircraft noise did not bother us at all and it’s nice and quiet but close enough to walk into Kuta
