We booked an ocean view villa on four separate occasions last month. During our most recent stay, we arrived and were informed that the ocean view villa was under construction. However, I later learned from other guests and staff that this was not true. Despite booking months in advance, we were moved to a garden view room without any compensation for the downgrade. The front desk staff member was rude and seemed unconcerned about my frequent visits. Additionally, the resort does not respond to messages sent through the booking.com "contact property" section. This experience was disappointing, as the place used to be convenient and pleasant, but this time it was dirty, not functioning properly, and overall unsatisfactory.

Groot en mooi hotel zeer dichtbij vliegveld (loopafstand) Fantastisch en groot ontbijtbuffet

Iets verouderde kamers en wat achterstallig onderhoud. Dus niet vergelijkbaar met 5 sterren hotels in Ubud maar toch prima.
