Cozy Beach House - 5 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach

Все прошло прекрасно! Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом доме. Все вопросы решаются в течении 10 минут. Мы отдыхали с ребенком и попросили сделать бассейн более теплым. Нам его нагрели к нашему приезду! Очень рекомендую!!

Me encantó la casa todo limpio y acogedor, la piscina y lo cerca que esta de la playa fue lo mejor, para unas vacaciones en familia espectacular 👌, todo cerca restaurantes, tiendas, volvería sin lugar a dudas.

The pool

I never normally leave reviews but I thought I should with this stay. I’ve stayed in many many hotels and airbnbs over the years so I know exactly when it’s hospitable and when it’s hostile. First of all, I booked this place because of the high rating it had and the excellent reviews and I thought - I couldn’t go wrong with this! We stayed here for a little more than two weeks and the house itself was comfortable but the service & stress inflicted upon us every couple days was totally not worth it. First, my sister’s parcels from Amazon worth 800 dollars were stolen from the house. The care taker said he left it on the desk and the AC repair guy and house keeping staff were the last to see it. My sister tried her best but no help or assistance was offered. They just remained stolen. Second, we were instructed to take out the trash two days a week, which we did; the trash truck for whatever reason of their own didn’t pick it up - and I was sent a message saying we are going to be debited 200 dollars for trash removal. Earlier that same week, I was told 100 dollars would be charged to my card if we didn’t flatten out the boxes. To top it off, it was a 3 bedroom house with no cleaning service whatsoever - (I should have done a check in and check out every 3-4 days and booked it under different guests staying at the house which people should absolutely do if they take it for a long time) when the lady came finally after two + weeks, she was rude, arrogant and completely hostile and made remarks about how much dust there is on the floor. We had a wonderful time at the city of Naples; only wish we didn’t leave with such a bad taste.
