The place stank all through the building the room was disgusting dirty sink with dirty spoons in it follr was disgusting with dirt and rubbish on it bedding was stained called the owner for a refund because no way I would stay in such a place with my 2 children

Great location , clean and comfortable

Tv didn’t work but never complained as we spent little time in the room and there was a kettle and cups but no tea,coffee and milk so no facility to have a hot drink

Hand and bath towels and toilet roll in room. Kettle and 1 cup, though no tea/ coffee. Really close to Tower/main drag. Hotel quiet, really appreciated the no stag/hen policy. The room was warm, needed to open a window (October, heating was on).

Downstairs really smelled as walked in hotel, but bedroom didn't smell badly (from the bathroom?). Handle on bathroom was loose, scared to close door in case it broke off! Room was clean, but a sweet wrapper had been missed on the floor behind the sink from a previous guest. Beds squeaked a lot.

The staff on site were friendly and beds were comfy

When got there room wasn't ready got told come back hour later still wasn't ready in total waiting just over 2 hours, was tea bags but no coffee sugar milk or cups and wasn't any hand soap for the sink

Buikding looks unused from outsude,old beds visiable from outside in the side room,the smell throughiut the facilities was rancid like sewerage,carpets filthy,no answer from staff then when we did get some poor customer service skills,then rude text messages from actual ower
