Great location for Winter gardens and Seafront. Local Morrisons was handy!! Relatively quiet street. Bed Linen was Clean.

Room desperately needs a redecoration. In 4 days, room wasn't tended or cleaned at all. Shared Bathroom ridiculously small. No Window, Extraction Fan didn't work. Complimentary Tea and Coffee never replensished. Threadbare Carpets. Very limited amount of TV Stations. No Coat Hangers in Wardrobe. It was very cheap but no excuse, felt very unloved. Think its being held short term prior to sale.

They cancelled my booking while I was trying to check in, leaving me stranded. I knocked in the door and the chap said "nah we've cancelled you". That was that. No apology, no offer of refund.

No me gustó que dijo que iba a suspender la estancia y de hecho la suspendió, pero no me reintegraron el dinero abonado, tuve que reservar otra habitación en otro hotel

Good central location, hotel staff were nice and was greeted at the door, its good value, paid parking nearby, beds were good.

It was a very hot in the attic room a desk fan in the room would have made a huge difference, I never asked staff so possibly they had one.

The bed was comfortable and clean and there was enough tea and milk and some cookies.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no breakfast available although it was announced on the page.

When I arrived to check in, I was told that my booking had been cancelled. I didn't even get through the door. No messages, nothing. Left me without a place to stay on a festival weekend. Absolutely gutted.

Arrived at the wrong hotel to start with I was a tad confused as I put it into maps and sent me to a hotel behind this one 😂 my own fault of course. Rang the number and the woman on the other end was more than helpful. Finally arrived anyway room was decent nothing to complain about really beds were comfy!

Panel from from the bathroom ceiling was missing bathroom light turned on when it wanted to. Extension lead by the beds didn’t work. WiFi was hit & miss too. Youngest couldn’t use her pad much worked for about 5 mins then kept cutting out. Place stunk of weed as well downstairs more than anywhere else. Other than that everything else was ok.

Cheap basic and near town, bed was comfy room was nice and clean

Just felt a bit dated

The staff were very helpful and told us to just ring them if we needed anything. The room was big enough for the 3 of us and plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. The location was spot on. Arcades and shops very close by with parking not far. I would come back again.
