Nothing very bad communication

Everything still waiting for contact from the hotel to assist with a refund despite reaching out to them booking.com are no help whatsoever either just going round in circles they cancelled on me I drove 2 and a half hours to get to the property and apparently booking.com phoned me to let me know of the cancellation which is a lie I had no contact from them very bad they took £50 and I was left to sort my own accommodation elsewhere what a joke won't be using you again

Location execellent. Comfy bed.

Tv could have been in a better place.

In need of work, run down . The lady who runs it was very nice. But the property needs some money spending on it.

The owner was very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable.

The parking having to park away from the hotel and pay £22 in parking fees.

They want out of they way to change my room.for me

Great price for the location, view of the tower from our room, staff very friendly, nice clean n comfy room, they let us store our pushchair in a room over night, will definitely look to book here again in the near future

The only problem we had was the heating was on in the landing and we were at the top of the building, it was already a really hot day so the room was super hot, also most of the reviews we read before arriving wasn’t for Apollo number 7 they were for THE NEW APOLLO hotel on the next street

It is close to the winter gardens and the town. I could get in anytime, I wanted. The light switch above the bed

No soap to wash. No bin. Nowhere to go to just hang out. The room felt small and looked tired. The shower door wouldn't close properly so ended up with water on the floor. The taps dripped. The temperature kept changing when showering. The bed was soft. A room only to sleep in
