The TV way to far literally not far from ceiling with no remote

Very clean and good location

I was very happy with the room, it was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Very good shower. Great above-bed light. It was warm round the clock (in fact it was a bit too warm at night). The wifi was excellent.

To my surprise I found that new managers had taken over that very day, which meant that none of the information in the confirmation email I got was valid any more, including the stated 2 pm check-in time (actually 3 pm). They had trouble finding my booking, but they let me in as soon as they did.

Bed was comfy shower was nice and hot

The couple that checked us in didn't have a clue we were coming. Did their best to accommodate us . The information sent by the owner was incorrect as to check in time . One of the rooms given was not what we booked,it was soon sorted by the couple .

Not a lot! Terrible experience from start to finish

A triple room 10 with only one cup 3 milk and one teabag. No teaspoon, no coffee no second or 3rd cups. 2 tvs neither working, radiator broken not working, light above sink not working. Whilst I appreciate you have refunded room 10, and moved rooms. The new one 2 was barely acceptable, but as it was late, we wanted to get the kids settled. Still only 2 cups, tv not working. there were still further issues after, which came to light but it was too late to deal with. In room 7 no remote for the TV, one of the electric sockets did not work which I didn’t realise until morning when I left my phone on charge. The windows were open but nit initially noticed as the curtains were already closed so the room was freezing cold. Why would they be left open in the current weather conditions? Unfortunately, we have not slept well in either rooms as the rooms are cold. The radiators are not sufficient to heat the rooms and unacceptably in this weather at this time of year the duvets are paperthin and 4.5 tog I have a photo of the labels. We’ve had to sleep in our sweatshirts. Whilst I appreciate the property may be under new management the rooms are currently NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE The Wi-Fi never worked, and I reported this to you as when trying to login it said BT refer to account holder as though the account was not active.

Absolutely everything !!!! I arrived with daughter in law and three grandkids 6 2 and 7 months old. The room hadn’t even been started to get clean from the previous people LIVING there. I took a video of the mess and said to the lady you couldn’t clean this for me in a week as I won’t be staying here. I am absolutely SHOCKED that booking.com has this property listed !!!
