A modern, dog-friendly 3 bedrm canal side property

Location was great and the garden good for dogs

A stair gate to keep the dogs down stairs would have been useful

The house was perfect for us. We had a wonderful weekend and also met the owners family. The house has been very tastefully decorated and clean. We would happily go back.

Nothing wrong at all

This property was perfect in every way. Lovely welcome gifts, products around the house. Lots of games and things to entertain the kids, should the weather be bad, luckily we were ok with the weather. ☺️

Could have done with second toilet, but we managed, it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The location is excellent and the house is modern inside and clearly well looked after. It has off road parking and the area was nice and quiet. The house was immaculately clean and all the beds were made up witch was lovely and comfortable. It has a nice modern kitchen with everything you need. And the hosts left us some lovely treats, bread butter milk orang . and chocolate witch my granddaughter loved. All cleaning. and toiletries products . We would definitely stay here again if we can get a booking. which is very handy because my son and his wife and grandson lives about5 minutes away. we were there for his birthday with family and friends lovely weekend. There were lots of food places and shops near by and a lovely garden centre Bay view 5 minutes up the road, we had a lovely breakfast there.

The house was beautifully presented modern and clean .The location was ideal walking distance to coop a lovely fish and chip shop and also a record shop which my son who collects vinyl was very impressed with .Short drive to morecambe and ideal location as a base to explore the lake district. The house had a lovely enclosed garden which backed on to the canal which was lovely to take a walk and close to the royal pub you can enter from the canal path into the beer garden a couple of minutes walk Had an amazing holiday here and would highly recommend this property everything was perfect and couldn't fault anything at all

There is nothing I didn't like

Really clean and comfortable. Lovely extras like shower gel, tea, milk, bread and chocolates. The cot, mattress and high chair were great as well.

This property backs onto the canal and was perfect for walking with our two little dogs. The property was exceptional. Included everything we needed and more . Very relaxing. Less than 10 mins drive to the beach where dogs were allowed. The owner had very kindly provided milk, bread and other bits which was wonderful after our journey and the box of chocolates was such a treat. Enjoyed our stay so much have booked again!
