Perfect location and a good apartment.

Very cold inside because air conditioner is not adjustable. They provide entry code 2 hours before check in. They should provide it earlier.

"Value for money and proximity is great, it's a bit rough around the edges, I'd stay there again"

positive and timely communications with the property and no dram getting into the building and into the apartment/condo

There were a lot of homeless people 'living' close to the main door and it was a bit intimidating when coming in late at night

"The condo was perfect but the parking was terrible"

The parking. I was very upset that I had to park elsewhere when there was a whole parking lot where I stayed. That really made me angry and that’s the only reason I will never stay there again. Never had to pay to park where I stayed

"Superb"

The host was INCREDIBLE! 💯👍🏽 There was a security issue when we arrived. I contacted the host who answered and responded immediately with professionalism. He resolved the situation and made things comfortable for my wife and daughter. He also provided some excellent recommendations for restaurants and family outings. This is a short walk from the Coca-Cola World, Georgia Aquarium, and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights. The balcony has a good view of downtown and all the furniture is very comfortable.

The corner store downstairs from the apartment didn't have ice.
