New ATL Dwntwn Condo with Balcony 2

The young lady at the front desk when we arrived around evening time was very pleasant and helpful each time we encountered her. The condo was clean and comfortable.

I did not like the people sleeping out in front of the building it smelled and was scary for me and my kids, we had to make sure we were in before the side door closed. But this was no fault of the property we felt secure once inside.

Well the condo itself was clean

That the parking lot of the condo a lot of people hanging out, it was brought to my attention that they break in cars, so we had to park in another parking lot that charge $30 a night, then it was no water the next morning so we left and went back to North Carolina where we stay and was suppose to stay till Sunday

The location is right up from the marriott, hilton. So if your in Atlanta for a con that uses those 3 hotel this is perfect.

Great location, close to about everything in downtown, the World of Coca Cola and Aquarium are only a 3 block walk!

Arriving late night can be a bit sketchy outside of building but it’s expected in a city.

I love how secure the location was after arriving.

Great location in the center of downtown Atlanta

Pillows and shower wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, but host provided plenty of towels and replacement linens.

Very friendly staff, unbeatable quality/price ratio
