Calidez en Malasaña - Nix

Central location in a quiet part of Malasaña (which is rare), close to literarily everything. Great WiFi. Good communication with the host. All amenities.

The air con unit is in the living room and won’t cope with the heat throughout the entire flat (it’s an attic under the roof). There is a fan in the bedroom, but like any fan, it makes noise and doesn’t cool off the temperature. During my 6-day stay, the (permanent) residents next door played trip hop music half the time in the night and / or in the morning.

Lage

Sehr alte Wohnung. Auf den Bildern sieht es viel schöner aus als in echt.

The apartment is big and comfortable. No smells and cleanliness was decent. The AC only really cools down the main living area, not the bedroom for example. Good storage in the bathroom and well stocked kitchen. Easy to contact host. Also location was fantastic!

Biggest issue for us was the lack of keys: there is only one actual key for the actual apartment building, so if you’re travelling with more people, you will have to stick together or you won’t get in. I had to wait on the street for other residents to come in or out, when my pals were out with the key. Really there should be at least two sets of keys. The spare sofa bed is also kinda uncomfortable.

Que la habitación principal no tiene aire, solo ventilador y el aire de la salida no llega hasta la habitación y en época de verano se siente bastante caliente la habitación

Vrelo odporúčam tento apartmán. Boli sme rodina dvaja dospeli a dve deti . Poloha super , blízko do centra. Odovzdanie kľúčov bez problémov a v deň odchodu sme si nechali vaky do 3:00 p.m. v apartmáne.

Trochu bola zima v kúpeľni.

Localização excelente, muito perto dos principais pontos de interesse e também do metrô. Bons restaurantes por perto e muitas lojas. O apartamento possui todo o necessários para uma boa estadia em Madrid. Pegamos uma época em que o tempo estava um pouco frio e o aquecimento elétrico da casa estava OK, com exceção do banheiro que não estava funcionando. O prédio conta com um pequeno elevador que facilita bastante, principalmente com a bagagem, pois o apartamento fica no 4° andar.

Embora fique no 4° andar o apartamento não tem uma vista muito simpática, porém, como quase não se fica no apartamento, que praticamente só foi utilizado à noite, isso não foi um problema.
