Everything very nice dinner amazing very very nice.

I have mixed feelings about this property. I liked the single beds in the dorm. Breakfast is good. The property is new. The owner is nice but unfortunately she wasn't present when I needed her.

- No lock for the toilet nor shower in a mixed dorm. No way to lock the doors. Never saw that in my life. - Dirty, when I arrived, there was a big dirty sock by my bed and dirty toilets and the dorm was empty ( means no cleaning). When I left, 2 days after, the dirty sock was still there. - The girl who received me was extremely rude. She kept on staying on her phone. I told her I'm disabled and I needed some info about my following day's drive /hike. And I had the kindness to tell her I'd ask her my questions whenever she had time (she was just busy on social media 🙄). She disappeared the whole afternoon. I looked for some staff but m I found nobody. I contacted the owner via WhatsApp, I waited and waited but she never appeared. I went to bed. The following morning, I had no breakfast because nobody was there. When I had to leave for my drive, the rude girl appeared. I was complaining about the situation (no breakfast, no staff) but when I realized she was on FB while she was pretending to listen to me, I lost it. The owner arrived, she kinda apologized and since I was late for my trip, she gave me a doggy bag as a breakfast I didn't have.. but in the end, I didn't have the info I wanted since I wasted half an hour waiting for somebody., I made the wrong choices and it spoiled my experience. I am disgusted. The reason I booked there is because they are CBT and try could give me some useful info. I think they just care if you book some activity through them. If you don't, good luck. The owner seems nice, unfortunately she was never around.

The owner of this place was very nice, he helped me explain everything, I am very happy, we shared a taxi with other people, the food and dinner were exceptional, I recommend it to you

Le logement était propre et bien situé. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, ainsi que le repas du soir. Et vraiment pas cher, top pour passer une ou deux nuits

Salle de bain un peu petite et pas très propre mais SDB commune.

It is a great place to meet people and to organise your trip and hikes around the area. The staff is nice. They can make food vegetarian.

The place is not so clean and messy. There were issues with hot water 2 out if the 4 days I stayed there. The toilet is tiny. Toilet on the new buildings have no lock. The dinner is expensive for Kyrgyz standards (5 euros) and food relatively scarce. Although they organise cars to the beginning of Alay trail and to the lake, they overcharge it. 30 euros for a 40min drive and 20 for a 30min drive. Try to organise it somewhere else. Also, the van to Sary Tash they pretend they don't know the price, allowing for the Marshrutka driver to overcharge tourists.

The owners are very nice and helpful in organizing all sorts of activities and shared taxis. The view of the mountains is amazing! The dinner is definitely worth the prize.

The whole facility was not what I would call clean. Especially the bathroom seemed like it had not been cleaned for a while. The whole complex of hostel and hotel seems like a constant construction zone. So some things in the room would just stop working like flushing the toilet. No huge problem though.

Although I had seen some lower-scored reviews before booking, I found my stay to be very reasonable. It's clear that this is a family-run village hostel, and it offers a different experience than a star-rated hotel. Some family members spoke English, which was very helpful, and they provided sufficient information during my stay.

While I understand it's a village hostel, I believe the quality of meals could be improved.

מקום מרכזי- המרשוטקה לכפר שיוצאת מאוש עוצרת שם. המשפחה מקסימה ועוזרת במה שצריך, אירגנו לנו נסיעות איסוף וחזרה לטיולים בקלות וניכר שהם לא לוקחים על זה עמלה בשונה משאר המקומות בכפר. הארוחות היו טובות והיה סה״כ נוח במקום
