저녁식사도 맛있었고 답변도 빨리빨리 해주시고 친절하셨어요 안좋은 리뷰가 있어 걱정했는데 그런 우려없이 생각보다 좋았어요 레닌피크 가는 택시도 마련해주어서 좋았어요

Everything was very good, the food was very good, they organized transportation for us. I recommend it.

Very excellent and reliable organisation of transfers (shuttle) from Osh to Sary Mogul (and back). We were able to flexibly communicate with the owners/drivers via WhatsApp. It was no problem to book a transfer from Sary Mogul to the Tulpar Lakes on short term. The driver even waited for us while we were were walking around the Lakes or going to the Best View Spot to view Lenin Peak for half a day. The price was fair for Kyrgyzstan and quite OK for European tourists. The breakfast and the dinner was very good and we appreciated very much, that our wish was fulfilled to get vegetarian food (which cannot be taken for granted in Central Asia).

We were very disappointed about our accommodation. We got a room already in the new building but it was literally a construction site. Our room was next to the construction site, meaning that it was very loud the whole day and very dusty (the dust got into the room through the big door cracks). Our room was absolutely cramped, just 8-9m² in size including a double bed. The bath room was just 2.5m² in size, containing just a shower and the toilet. There was NO (!) washbasin, meaning that we had to wash our hands and to clean our teeth in the shower. The floor of the bath room was all the time wet, no hooks for hanging our clothes/towels/etc. In our opinion we had the smallest and the most uncomfortable room in the whole building, for three nights ...

Overall had a great stay, super friendly hosts. Very helpful with arranging a transfer to and from Tulpar Kol and arranging a shared taxi back to Osh. Also good breakfast, dinner is available also.
