First of all try to educate your staff how to behave with the customers since you are into service industry. Secondly your Staff at reception has handedover the key for checkin and while I am doing so already there are people in it and once again I went to reception and conveyed the same and given another room key. Thirdly try to educate the staff how to be decent with customer.Without us(Customer) you cannot run your business.

The check in is at 12pm. I have reached the place at 12pm and waited till 2pm for check in. That 2 hours was hell. The staff gave me complimentary breakfast for the wait.
