AURooms were spacious and room service provided generous servings of food at a good price. Room cleanings were regular to ensure hygiene. Location is quite central in the middle of Vizag. Reception was kind and receptive to my needs. Travel shuttle was offered for extra charge which is reasonable.
International card was not accepted but this is more of an issue with high merchant fees for small venders throughout businesses in India by International banks. Had to set up UPI just to pay which can be time consuming and inconvenient. Once UPI is set up, this was effective in payments. Finally, Booking said there was a bathtub but there was no bathtub.

Breakfast was not tasty or elaborate for such a high price hotels No room service even for 3 days stay. Room refrigerator didn’t work and didn’t get fixed even after complaints. Bathroom was not clean enough(bath tub, basin)
