Really good and spacious villa with great staff! Pradeep (Facility Manager) did great job during our stay to help us with every need!

Amazing place. Stayed here 6 nights as Two couples . Exceptional base to explore the area and the manager and staff were fantastic. Organised drivers and kept the place clean and stocked with towels. Thank you everyone at kaas

The villa was amazing, the location is great, a bit away from the busy area of Hiriketiya but meters away from the Dickwella beach. Swimming pool was fantastic and super clean. Host was very nice, very easy to communicate with and always available to help. The villa has everything you need, even washing machine.

A great place close to a couple of awesome beaches. The management was very easy to deal with and the place was fantastic with its own little pool
