The villa was modern, clean and very spacious. The staff were very attentive and helpful with organising additional services for us such as transport back into Colombo. The private pool was clean and definitely a highlight. Thank you Kaas Villa team!

"Beautiful villa in an excellent location"

Very spacious - nice to have a whole villa after 4 of us sharing a hotel room for 10 days! Not shown in photos but two single beds in the second bedroom was a great surprise so the kids didn’t have to share. The pool and garden were lovely. 1 minute walk to Dickwella beach (beautifully empty) and 15ish to Hiriketiya beach. Plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance, plus an excellent bakery and small supermarket. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very minor, but to make this truly ‘luxury’ a few changes would make a big difference, eg better towels, blackout curtains, better kitchen equipment, make more of the roof terrace. As we were there in the off season there was a lot of construction nearby, but that didn’t bother us.

"Schöne Unterkunft umgeben von Baustelle"

Die Villen sind grundsätzlich sehr schön und recht neu. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich und immer erreichbar :-)

Leider ist alles um den Villen herum Baustelle. Die Baustelle grenzte direkt an unsere Villa, vor Ort wurde gesagt man würde den Lärm kaum hören - leider war genau das Gegenteil der Fall. Im Vorhinein hat man das überhaupt nicht erwähnt... Viel Lärm, Dachterrasse gar nicht nutzbar, Garten auch nur teilweise weil die Bauarbeiter meinten es könnte gefährlich werden wenn Dinge runterfallen. Das war für uns sehr enttäuschend wir haben aber auch Nachfrage einen Preisnachlass bekommen.

The location is perfect, the villa’s amenities, the peace and quiet, and the amazing sea view. Not to mention the kindness, warm smiles, and attentiveness of the hosts (Pradeep and his team). The only downside was that we didn’t stay long enough. See you again soon!!
