Kaas Villas - Entire Two Bedroom Villa With Private Pool & Garden

We had a wonderful stay at Kaas Villa! The place was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located — we absolutely loved the setting. The kids had a great time too, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Pradeep, the manager, who was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Host: Pradeep helped us with everything we needed, responded promptly and made sure our needs were satisfied. View: amazing - you can see and hear the ocean from each villa. Location: great, we could walk to both nearby beaches (Dickwella and Hiriketiya) in under 15 minutes. Tuktuk is always an option to get anywhere as well, we just preferred to walk. Food: "Surf n Spice" and "Avocado Toast" were our favourites - moderate prices, tasty meals and cocktails. Villa: there was enough space for everyone, a kitchen was very useful as we cooked from time to time.

Water flow was weak in the showers, but usable.

The Villa was very clean and the private garden with pool was amazing! The location is a big plus with Dickwella beach just 100m away and Hiriketiya just around the corner. The staff were very friendly, checked in daily to ask if we needed help, and provided guidance on activities and transport, and always with a big smile. I recommend!

Perfecte locatie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wasmachine en strijkijzer zijn zeker een meerwaarde. Speciaal dankwoord voor Pradeep, staat dag en nacht voor u klaar.
