Siamo rimasti una sola notte in quanto di passaggio a Palermo e siamo stati benissimo! La struttura è vicina a tutto, a 5 minuti dalla cattedrale ed è possibile parcheggiare poco prima (3 minuti a piedi) della casa in zona non ztl, non a pagamento. Era tutto pulito e dotato di ogni comfort (shampoo, balsamo, phon, caffe, utensili da cucina, acqua) e l’host è stato gentilissimo per tutto (anche vari consigli). La procedura di check in e check out molto semplice e flessibile!

Situation géographique parfaite, près du centre ville, très propre et les équipements dans l’établissement était bien, hôte disponible et agréable.

Lumière trop présente le matin dû à l’absence de volets. Pas assez de lumière naturelle car absence de fenêtre.

El anfitrión fue muy amable y muy comunicativo y nos ayudó con muchas cosas, además nos dejó agua y hasta una pequeña botella de prosecco <3

Perfect location, walkable to many Palermo destinations. Couldn’t ask for a better area.

From the moment I booked, our host Matteo went above and beyond—sending helpful tips for sightseeing and dining, staying in touch throughout, and even offering to store our bags a bit longer after checkout. The accommodation itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared, with great touches like air conditioning and a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge. The location is fantastic too—just a short walk from the Norman Palace and other key attractions. I’d give Matteo’s hospitality 20 out of 10 if I could. I would definitely stay at MaMa5 again!

Great location very near to the palazzo dei Normanni. It was quiet at night and felt very safe with the alarm and camera outside. We chose for self check-in, which went really smooth. Nevertheless we had a great contact with the host, giving us a lot of info on where te eat, go, … The apartment itself was equipped with everything you need. Great bed, shower, drinks in the fridge,.. I would highly recommend!

Nothing really

All that you need for staying a few nights! A decent kitchen combined with a bedroom. Small but fully functioning bathroom.

Very thin door and window meaning that you might be woken up by random noise in the alleys. With that said, I only woke up once when some person honked a car at 03:30, but after that I slept like a baby. We stayed in april and it was a little bit cold but using the oven as a radiator for half an hour kept the apartment warm for the rest of the night.
