Really lovely apartment in an ideal location. Host Matteo was super friendly and very proactive ensuring our stay went smoothly. He also provided a guide of things to do in Palermo! The place was also really clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Perfect location - close to train station and the center of the city. Very easy access to the apartment. Matteo is an amazing host - very helpful and gave us a lot of information on anything we needed. The apartment itself was very cozy and nice. Equipped with everything we needed, perfectly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable, there was enough fresh towels and some tea and coffee for the morning. There was complementary water and a few drinks left for us too. What else can a tourist possibly need? We enjoyed everything! A big thank you to Matteo. We can definitely recommend Mama5.

The host was extremely nice, communication was easy and it's evident they take care so everything is perfect for the guests. The location is great, five minutes walking from Palermo Cathedral. Everything was clean and comfortable, definitely I would come back.

It was really comfortable and spacious. The location was good and in close proximity to all attractions and to buses and trains! Matteo was a great host ☺️

It was loud at night with noise from the street

Apartment is sooo beautiful, modern and clean. Location is perfect, just short 3 minutes long walk from Norman palace and Villa Bonanno park. And the host Matteo gave us the good directions for best parking spots nearby. We love staying in Mama5!
