Information by Monica was nice and clear for self check-in via a smart entry system. Room spotless, shared facilities also spotless. Room reasonably cool despite heatwave. Liked being able to cook own food.

The room was very clean and there was a fan present for hot weather, which was appreciated.

The cheap mattresses couldn’t have been of more poor quality. They made for an extremely uncomfortable attempt at sleep during our stay there.

Clean quiet very good comfortable bed and shower with everything provided I will always visit back again and I will recommend it. Everyone you will not be disappointed.

The location

.I must say really disappointed. TV losing signal constantly, noise constantly from other residents late into the night and constant from 430am. Someone smoking cannabis all night and first thing this morning. Also as we left we got soaked with the over running gutters leaking above the front door. The whole point of the stay was so that we did not have to get up amd leave the house at 4am this morning to travel to the port. My wife and I have stayed in Southampton 9 times in the last 3yrs in similar accommodation and this beyond question has been the worst of the stays. Sorry for the blunt but honest appraisal.
