Good clean space, good location and great customer service.

The two of the other guests, supposedly a couple that was in the room next to mine were loud (talking) midnight, they quited down after they were settled.

Great value for money, nice little place for a short stay. Communication with host spot on. Fresh smelling laundry 😌, rooms nice & warm,nice out the back not overlooked, nice & quiet location. Free parking was a bonus

Bed was very uncomfortable, springs through mattress were very hard. Maybe a mattress topper needed? Banging pipes heard from room 4 during the night, old plumbing or air in the pipes? Sockets near the beds perhaps for charging phones? Bathrooms smelt damp (although very clean) but it's an old building so maybe that cannot be helped. Shower in room 4 needs fixing, wallpaper peeling off in places.
