Orari check in e check out Zona ztl Vetustità di parte arredamenti. Vasca bella e funzionante ma corrosa ad esempio Ho trovato il letto molto scomodo Assenza caffè decaffeinato, camomilla o bustine dello zucchero Spazzatura solo in bagno Apertura porte digitale bello ma per alcuni potrebbe sembrare complicato Ascensore del palazzo claustrofobico Solo pochi punti dipendono dalla gestione Qualche attenzione in più e si parla comunque di un posto comodo e incantevole

Lo staff o meglio la responsabile ha fatto di tutto per sistemare un paio di disguidi, tra cui un gradito omaggio.

Ci sono stati un paio di disguidi i' apri porta non funzionava, (non di certo a causa della proprietà bensì servizio esterno) abbiamo trovato un solo calice e al mattino abbiamo scoperto mancasse lo zucchero per il caffè. La foto della vasca fa pensare ad una vista dalla vasca, peccato ci sia una renda non apribile. Come detto sopra però, la cortesia e gentilezza dello staff è stata encomiabile, hanno fatto di tutto per sopperire ai disguidi. Abbassando un po' il prezzo penso possa essere in linea con le aspettative.

"Die Wohnung ist toll und hat eine tolle Lage. An Kleinigkeiten muss noch gefeilt werden, sie ist aber trotzdem zu empfeh"

Sehr geräumig. Schön ruhig. Super Lage. Der elektronische Check-In hat super geklappt.

Es gab leider keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder. Es gab zwar Kaffeekapseln aber leider keinen Zucker. Die Schränke und das Geschirr / Besteck waren nicht sehr sauber. Es gab kein Geschirrtuch oder Küchentücher und nur einen sehr schmuddeligen Spülschwamm. Die Terrassenmöbel waren teilweise beschädigt.
