"I would come back"

- friendly email contact when I had questions - quiet room - nice interior and enough space

- the self-check-in didn't work instantly when I arrived, but they reacted very quickly to my message. so all good. - no windows with a view, only roof windows, but I knew that from the pictures. for a short term stat it's not a problem

It is an excellent place in the centre of Trento. The apartment was super cozy, clean. The location is really in the centre, very convenient to go anywhere. The host is very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Very good location, 10 minutes walk from the main square. It was easy to access and clean. Nicely furnished and functional. Clearly renovated recently. Very nice and available host.

It had a bathtub and no shower due to the bathroom situated under the roof.

"The best location in Trento with the best view and customer service."

The view is spectacular! Sabrina was very responsive and helpful-you could tell she sincerely wanted us to enjoy the loft. She kept in touch with us throughout our stay. The location is in old town and 2 minutes from the castle and endless restaurants and coffee shops. Everything was tidy, lots of attention to detail. We will be back!

Missed tissues and wash clothes but apparently that is not something one sees in Europe much. Was able to get supplies at the local drug store.

"It isn’t worth money we paid for it."

It has a convenient location and wonderful roof windows.

1. The message about auto check-in I received in the morning of the arrival day confused me, and I thought the room is ready, and we decided to get to the apartment right after arrival to Trento. But it turned out that it was a useless message meant nothing. So we couldn’t enter the room and had to go for lunch with our luggage. At the departure day we asked for leaving our luggage for a couple hours before our train. Sabrina said it’s impossible to leave it in the apartment and recommended to leave it in Urban Coffee, but it was literally right in the street and the cafeteria stuff said it wasn’t their responsibility to keep an eye on it. So we had to spent the rest time in Trento with our luggage(((
