La ubicación es muy buena.

La entrada al apartamento es lamentable, con paredes desconchadas, agujeros visibles y ventanas en mal estado (adjunto imágenes como prueba). En cuanto al alojamiento, solo había dos camas de matrimonio, ambas bastante incómodas, y un sofá cama muy pequeño que resulta prácticamente inutilizable, ya que se notan los hierros de la estructura en la parte inferior.

On the third day of our stay in the apartment, we could not enter in the evening due to a faulty entrance door. We tried to open it ourselves and with help from passersby, but failed. We contacted the host. Within an hour, he sent SMS instructions, saying the door is old and the lock jams. At our insistent request that he come personally or send a representative, he sent a woman. She tried for 20 minutes, then said she could not help and left. The host then stopped responding. We were stuck outside from 10:45 PM to 2:00 AM. The door had been locked from the inside. We only got in thanks to a passerby who had to climb to the second-floor balcony, which was unsafe, and open the lock. We were left outside at night without any help or communication from the host. This is completely irresponsible and unacceptable for any accommodation service. Below are photos of our unsuccessful attempts to enter the apartment.

Lokalita bola úplne perfektná, mali sme to na skok takmer všade. Vedľa apartmánu bola požičovňa bicyklov kde sa dala odložiť batožina. Budova nebola úplne najnovšia ani apartmán ale úplne to stačilo na prenocovanie. S ubytovaním sme boli spokojné 👍🏼

Jediné mínus by sme dali zato, že sme boli v januári a v apartmáne bola teda celkom zima. Boli tam ohrievače ale aj tak tam bolo velmi čerstvo, asi bolo aj slabé tesnenie okien.

Ogólnie wszystko było ok pod każdym względem. Czystości komfortu i lokalizacji wszędzie było blisko i bardzo ładnie napewno bym tam wrócił

Nie ma takiej rzeczy która by mi sie nie podobała

The building is wery bad maintained,walls that are ruined. We came on 25. decembar,and it was very cold outside.Tha app was so cold that we were freesing ,first night we slept in jackets.We phoned to our host,he sad that central heathing was turned on,which was not so.In fact central heating didn"t work.There were not extra blankets,we got them next day.Fortunatelly ,we had two electric radiators and untill next morning the app was a little warmer.Later,thanks to electric radiators it was better,but still not warm enough. The app was very old,not clean enough,everything looks like a ruin that was bad repered. Bathromm was good,recently renovated,but whole app need renovation ond central heat should be repeared. I will not recomend it, because we were very dissapointed.

Was heel fijn.

Adres was zelfs voor de taxi chauffeur moeilijk te vinden. De code bij de voordeur prima. Maar schrik niet als de voordeur open gaat, wat een gigantische rommel. Boven bij de ingang van ons appartement moet je 2x iedere keer de code intoetsen, moeilijk bij avondlicht. Geen enkele kast in het appartement . Jammer ook thee zetten ging niet, geen waterkoker Misschien handig een instructie boekje bij de kookplaat te leggen. In de hele kleine huiskamer een doorgezakte tweezitter. Maar het aller belangrijkste is het NIET aangeven of er een lift is. Ook andere huurders hadden hier moeite mee. Verder waren de bedden goed en verrassend waren die opgemaakt👍

El ruido de la calle es insoportable. No pude dormir. Tampoco hablé con el anfitrión porque en su lugar habla la IA

Es war sehr central. Das Appartement ist sehr schön. Der Preis für dieser Aufenthalt ist sehr gut.

Am Abend ist extrem laut!. Wir könnten nicht gut schlafen. Es hat gefehlt mehr Duschgel und solche Dinge.
