La chambre est de bonne taille, la terrasse privée et la piscine sont très appréciables. Très bon contact avec le gérant. Très bien placé proche de Ocean Drive.

Le canapé-lit n'est pas confortable, le matelas est trop fin. Les parties communes auraient besoin d'être rafraîchies. Pas de sécurisation d'accès au niveau des ascenseurs, n'importe qui peut monter dans les étages.

Location, Location, Location! This is a great find - a well equipped apartment with a pool and within walking distance of Miami Beach. Frost, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and was on hand to make our stay very comfortable. The beach/pool towels and beach chairs & umbrella were such a great addition. During the week the pool was quiet with plenty of seating. The large balcony was great for the family and even included 2 sun loungers and chairs. The bathroom was spacious with 2 sinks and a good shower. I agree with previous comments about the dated decor but they are in the process of decorating the communal corridors and the workman were quiet and did not interfere with our stay. Check in and check out were easy. Security and receptionist were present. Amenities are close by, Starbucks across the road and other eateries. We cannot fault the location of this condo - the surrounding area of Miami Beach is beautiful.

It was a fab and comfortable condo the only thing that I could think of making it better was to have a toaster!

Super séjour dans cet établissement très bien placé et très facile d’accès avec de nombreuses commodités. Je conseille les appartement au rez de chaussé pour les familles pour avoir un accès direct à la piscine

Le lobby et l’entrée du building mériterait un bon rafraîchissement

El estado general del edificio. Y además no tener servicio en playa, ya que el año pasado fui y contrate por booking el mismo hotel y si lo tenía.

Super obiekt, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem Duzy plus za wyjscie z apartamentu na basen, zwłaszcza dla rodzin z dziecmi :) w pobliżu restauracje bary, mimo bliskosci oceans drive w samym apartamencie jak i nad basenem bylo cicho Wyjscie z budynku na dwie strony Blisko plaży Nie ma do czego sie przyczepic :)
