Boutique Suites 3 min walk to beach

The appartement is very well located, close to the beach, ocean drive and shoppings and restaurants by foot The complex has a nice pool, and the appartement was nice and perfect for a family of 3. We had an issue with AC at the beginning, but the host, Frost, went above and beyond to fix it.

Hotel parking is very expensive ($50 per night), use a public parking close by on the 16th or 13th ($20 per night). Frost let us know in advance thankfully.

Il s’agit d’une suite dans l’hôtel Z Océan, mais qui n’appartient pas à l’hôtel… Le personnel a l’accueil, surtout un monsieur n’a pas été très chaleureux, mais rien à voir avec le propriétaire de la suite qui a été super et agréable !!! Au moindre problème ou question était joignable !!

Sehr tolle zentrale Unterkunft mit Pool sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke dir Frost;-)

Emplacement proche d’Ocean drive mais calme, plage incroyable à 3 minutes à pieds, piscine ombragée

The location is perfect, so close to everything. The room was excellent, large enough to accommodate a family, and had a large, shaded balcony. The amenities in the room, including beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella, were more than enough. The second story, accessible from the balcony, features a private rooftop that includes a jacuzzi, sunbeds, a small wet bar, a table, and chairs, offering a beautiful ocean view. Furthermore, Frost is a great host.

La posizione eccezionale per chi vuole avere ocean drive e Espanola promenade a portata di mano.
