The apartment is perfect!!!! Organized, cleaned, amazing location. Easy check in and check out! Frost is a lovely host who provided all assistance. Highly recommended!!!

Lugnt läge. Allting var fräscht och rent. Mycket sköna sängar. Balkongen var väldigt rymlig med en trappa upp till altanen på taket där bubbelpoolen fanns.

Det hade varit bra med några enkla städredskap när man bor flera nätter.

Der Besitzer Frost kümmert sich super , um seine Gäste. War jederzeit schnell erreichbar und hat alle Fragen zeitnah beantwortet. Einfach nur top! Wohnung super gelegen. Ausstattung alles was man braucht (sogar Strandliegen&Schirm). Größe der Wohnung völlig ausreichend. Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Gebäude selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen , was man auch sieht. Uns hat das persönlich nicht gestört, wenn man berücksichtigt wie die Wetterverhältnisse in Florida sind. Wir waren vorher in einem anderem Hotel und das war richtig miserabel und da war die Wohnung für uns gefühlter Luxus. Hatten uns bewusst entschieden auf der Strassenseite das Zimmer zu nehmen, das kann für manche zu laut sein, da ziemlich viele laute Autos vorbei fahren. Jedoch bekommt man einen guten Einblick ,was so in der Gegend los ist. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, da wir wirklich sehr zufrieden waren. Man darf kein 4-5Sterne Wohnung erwarten , aber wer das möchte muss für die Lage mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen.

Die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut. Das kann manche Menschen schon stören.

Frost ist super, auch wenn es keine Probleme gab, konnte er alle Kleinigkeiten direkt klären.

I stayed in Frost's PH4. This was my favorite of the places I've stayed on my month long road trip and I can't find anything affordable to compare for the rest of my stays. It was a short walk to Miami Beach, but I could also see the beach from the private jacuzzi. Below that was another sitting area that was completely shaded and private. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were adjustable tv's in front of the bed and also the couch. The bathroom was huge and the shower was exquisite. Three different sources of water and a place to sit. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The kitchen had a bar, fridge, and nespresso machine. There was also plenty of coffee shops and food nearby. Playa Cafe was my favorite. Frost was a wonderful host, but the Z Ocean staff were wonderful too.
