Close for everything it’s very convenient

We just have lil trouble with the toilet bowl, it was overflow water we try to pump out.

The pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to enjoy and try it.

The lobby was a bit hot and have a few mozzies.

I like the view in our room , very relaxing

The electric stove it’s not working luckily we have rent 2 units so we cook in the other room.

Location and pool was ok.

Condo feedback You think when you have guests renting your place that booked a few months ahead that they would have the unit prepared for the guests. If I could rate a -10 star I would. When we entered the unit underwhelmed is all I can say. From the stains on the ceiling to the 1970’s furniture. Balcony door don’t lock Furniture from the 70’s - when we opened one of the drawers the door was off the hinge and there was a end table that all I can say was like the leaning tower Pisa Fridge seal broke - I fixed Washer/dryer - owner use of soap Pullout couch - not fit 1 person peeling leather and ready to collapse Advertised private pool and hot tub - had neither. Had a dipping pool. Pool was a community pool shared by 4-5 condo Counter top burners rusted and if smoke alarm goes off your charged 10,000P - couldn’t use 2 towels to use that were obviously not washed The headboard on the bed isn’t attached to the bed - just leaning against the wall No smoking signs everywhere but clearly someone was smoking in unit prior to our visit Patio door doesn’t lock and clearly the neighbor could simply crawl onto your balcony and gain access No safe in the unit so you need to take all of your valuables with you at all times No toilet paper No plunger - called front desk for maintenance guy and didn’t know how to plunge properly Dishes in cupboard had dried food on them and stains - clearly not washed properly Shower had good pressure but no curtain or glass on the tub to stop water from hitting the floor. No iron or ironing board No cable TV - everything works on wifi except the wifi doesn’t work, well intermittently. Advised someone and they suggested having someone come to the unit on our time to fix the fridge then the wifi. This should have looked prior to your guests arriving. Can’t eat in lobby Beach is $150 PP but lobby reception tells you $350. Look it up on the Internet and clearly it’s $150 PP Pool is closed Mondays but doesn’t post signs.

Everything was perfect. Estelita was the best host ever. I lost my AirPods near the Condo after my departure and she and her family picked it up and really spend a lot of time and hustle with the post office to send it back to me.
