Too elementary for this kind of money

Pool was nice. Very close to Robinson's. Bed was comfortable. Close to Lapu Lapu Shrine

Bad communication with host. I was placed in wrong room, then had to move. Internet did not work for several hours, No towels or toilet tissue in room. Host blamed the front desk, housekeeping and everyone else instead of taking responsibility.

It is located in nice modern building and it provides access to the Beach of Savoy Hotel

We couldn’t check in at 15 because house keeping wasn’t responding, no one knew if the unit is ready, there were no keys. We were walking three times from one tower to the other because reception didn’t know where is our unit. It’s condo so reception, housekeeping and owners are 3 different things and communication is very poor. Very poor communication with the owners - we requested early check out and didn’t receive a reply for 5 days. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was very dirty and in washing mashing there was some old stinky laundry still. For those money there wasn’t even a floor towel so whole bathroom was wet after every shower.

I wasn't made aware it was prepaid wi-fi so we used it up first night streaming films - very minor point
