the apartment is nice and very large, we loved the fact it has a balcony

the bathrooms were not clean and the towels were actually dirty

It’s got nothing around but town is walkable.

The decor was awesome. Location is ideal and very secure. Very clean and hosts thought of everything including games and chargers. Also host is very kind and accommodating,super fast responses. I will definitely be coming back!

leaving the horrible place

The place looks very bad, the keys are stored on a fence like in a poor community, the main entrance door to the building did not open, and when it did, it was impossible to take the key out from the lock- which means an open building in Detroit. The hall to the specific apartment looks horrible, the apartment is big, however everything there looks very poor, no curtain on the windows, so people walking in the street see everything in the room. The service lady is not available, and when she is there is no real help except telling me that I stuck the key in the door. The rating of this junky place on your site is 8.9, which is complete nonsense. i am a long-time user of Booking.com. i trusted your ranking - the feeling was and is that I was deceived. If I do not get the money back (which was high for such a place) it will be the last time I book anything via booking.
