F2 Cheltenham Festival Ready! Sleeps 3

Fabulous location with parking in middle of town but tucked away in quiet corner. Clean and well kitted out with all we needed including fenced garden for dogs. Great communication & clear instructions throughout. When owner was alerted about slight issues with fire panel & TV (not their fault but due to power outage) host was very responsive and quickly resolved issues - even gave us bottle of fizz & box of chocs by way of apology! They also provided a fan which was much appreciated during heatwave.

Location. Very well located. Walking distance to everywhere. Clean, tidy, thoughtful in terms of providing more than you could expect to make the stay positive. Had everything (other than a washing machine) that you could possibly need. There is a launderette 2 mins away.

The parking space was a little tight. I have a big car and the person occupying the space next to me didn’t move all weekend. And they hadn’t parked particularly well. That said, having a parking space was a real bonus in Cheltenham. And it’s right outside the door.

Excellent location. Perfect for a city break.

It was so hot! Even though we turned the heating down.

Place looks nice and modern, quite spacious and welcoming. Nice touch to have some basic kitchen condiments (tea/coffee/sugar/spices....)

The shower head was broken. Also, not a big fan when hosts ask us to clean/remove rubbish when there is a cleaning fee included - it defeats the purpose I guess.

Great location, very comfortable bed, good towels and shower, Easy access. Would recommend staying for a short couple of days stay.

Only stayed for a short time, but a microwave would have been helpful. If we were planning a longer stay would want a washing machine.

A lovely flat - comfortable, very well equipped, well located near the centre of Chelteham, good communication with host.. An ideal base from which to explore the town. Access was straightforward, with a code for the main door, and a key safe to access the keys for the flat. Overall I'm very happy to recommend.

After making the booking partly on the basis of "Parking" in the headline, we were disappointed to find that the on-site parking was not available for part of our stay, but communication was good, with info provided about an alternative car park very nearby, and it didn't spoil our stay in any way.
