Guest House 12 South Nashville

Everything about the property was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable.

The only problem I had was with check in. I did not receive the check in information and when I tried to get ahold of the property owner to obtain it, he was not accessible. So I had to drive to a nearby community center to use their facilities until the owner called me back a couple hours later. He was very apologetic, which I appreciate, however this did put a damper on the evening as we had dinner reservations to get to and had to rush to get ready. Perhaps if he would have supplied a secondary contact number for the co-owner in the event that he knew he was going to be inaccessible, then we could have avoided this frustration. The rest of the stay went smoothly, though, and the property itself was great.

Felt like home in a beautiful neighborhood, 5 mins away from trendy 12th south street with several cute coffee shops & boutiques. Appartment was one of the best I ever stayed in with everything you could wish for. Host was super friendly and responsive! 10/10 more than deserved

Super cosy and super equipped. Everything you need is there and even more than that. We felt so much at home that we stayed one more day. Rob and Carol are so kind and sweet. The area is nice and calm and restaurants and Shops within a five minutes walk. The best accomodation I ever had.

Extremely comfortable (especially the bed), with great ambiance and amenities. Felt very private and safe. Fantastic location, we could walk everywhere we needed, with a some amazing restaurants just down the street. Dedicated parking was a huge benefit. Truly a wonderful stay!
