"One word - excellent!!"

The property was very clean, well cared for and well appointed. The location was perfect as it allowed you to be in a quiet area to relax but very close to a lively area if you wanted more. And the dedicated parking spot was the cherry on top.

Nothing- this is truly a gem in 12 South.

"Exceptional!"

The guest house was clean, and the host was exceptional! The heart of 12 South was only a couple blocks away and we felt very safe walking. There were a lot of little touches to make it comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!!

"Great apartment in very nice neighborhood."

Nice and new and in a great location. A couple miles from downtown Nashville, but the area has its own stores, restaurants and bars without the hustle and bustle of Broadway.

Nothing it was terrific.

Great location! Comfy space.

The booking process was not great. It advertised one price and then said the host increased the price. When I checked with the host, he had not increased the price. So I felt like Booking was not honest about the price they were offering.

Great location. 1 block from 12S, very quiet street. Awesome outdoor seating / patio area. Parking for 1 car was convenient, but there is street parking all around as well. Host was super friendly, accommodating and helpful.
