"Very, very disappointed doesn’t live up to the pictures that’s on the website"

Nothing as you enter there’s rubbish stacked up outside in the garden the stairs absolutely filthy. The toilet was dirty the shower was dirty. The bedding had stains on the walls are absolutely horrendous. Marks all over them. Big shoe print coat rail not attached to the wall just hanging.

Close to main centre for transport. Easy key access

On street parking, very busy road, not free and minimal spaces. Smell walking into building. Unclean hallway, stairs and landing. Stains on sofa. Dirty chairs. Hairs and stains on bedding Felt unsafe in and out of property. Shouting neighbours and loud music. Left property within 10 minutes of arriving. Full refund requested and given.

"Would benefit from some TLC"

The location to the Historic Dockyard for our visit was great

Quite grubby, needs a really good clean. Beds uncomfortable, can feel springs, thin pillows. No forks, so tricky to eat a meal. A pile of washing was left drying in the corner of the room during our stay
