Cosy 3 bedroom flat in Chatham

The accomodation was clean and fresh the only criticism was that I could feel the springs in the mattress

Shared entry way was dirty and untidy

I like everything. The location is at the city centre

No parking Had to pay for the parking and mattress were not too comfortable

Good location.

I would say the tv was pretty old and could have done with a smart tv. additionally with the parking was very difficult to find at first.

The bedroom was a good size

There wasn't anything that I didn't like

The fact that all rooms are all on the same floor! Which was great when staying with family

1. The door to the property itself looks as if it was kicked in and didn’t feel safe! 2. The property provided towels that were discoloured and very rough to use! (A white towel had turned grey) 3. The lack of utensils. There were a few broken plastic spoons and forks! Provide paging guests with things that can be used! 4. The property lacked basic necessities sugar, coffee and tea! Lacked tea towel, if you not going to provide those things at least state it. Also putting water in a bottle that’s running out that’s very poor service! 5. The bedding and some pillow cases had stains, though all smelt clean but their stains made one feel uncomfortable. We expected more given the amount of money we paid!

Good communication off the host. Easy to access the flat. Good parking at the front of the property. Spacious inside, with 3 double bedrooms.

Could hear the traffic at the front of the flat.

Property was filthy. Nothing was cleaned properly one bedroom has a swarm of flys in it the cupboards and Friday had left over food left in them the last persons towels were still on the bathroom floor it wasn’t pleasant at all after being there for 2 hours we left and had to pay for an alternative hotel. I will fully recomed the Charles hotel just up the road. They saves us by offering us a very clean and comfy room for the night
