Behaviour of management and poor sanitation.. Toilets were very poor with no cleanness and bedsheets were also not properly washed with bird's feathers seen in room.

Breakfast was ok.

Disgusting disgracefully dirty rooms and hall ways. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful apart from bell boys and doormen. Room service and reception staff unfriendly.
