Very bad experience! Unfriendly staff! Lobby had a very bad odour!

Everything! Property needs a renovation!

Nothing .. in my 60 years if like never visited such bad experience. Surprised why this pathetic hotel is on your list . We booked two room For two days and left in very first morning . Flush not working . No towel, soap, toilet paper in toilet . White toilet sheets were dirty and answer was that it is due to spiting of jarda etc by regular visitors to hotel.

Very dirty rooms. No waiter available for room service . It took 45 min to give order for tea on arrival. It took more than 25 call to reception for the same as room service no was not being picked up. TOILET sheets dirty, flush not working . No towel , soap, toilet paper in wash rooms . Have to buy from market. Shirt given for ironing damaged while ironing. Our son in law who came from North America could not get even tea reaching hotel at 2 night. WE PAID FOR TWO NIGHTS AND LEFT HITEL IN FEW HOURS. Booked another hotel Canaught at CP and stayed there. In protest when we asked for check out they took 1 .5 hours . Good receptionist tried to stop us from leaving. Surprised that you have such pathetic hitel on your list . May be beachside you are getting Mir charges from This type of hotel. YOU DONOT HAVE RIGHT TO KEEP CHARGES WE PAID . IF YOU HAVE ETHICS YOU MUST REFUND ENTIRE PAYMENT TAKEN AND ALDO TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOUR STAFF WITH WHOSE RECOMMENDATION YOU TOOK SUCH HOTEL ON YOUR LIST . No water available in room . It took 30 Minton get water and that too after going personally to complaint . I want to show you video of toilet sheet worker doing efforts to clean it but your firm does not allow

Location and room size is good. Restaurant and housekeeping staff was good.

Reception staff is not at all pleasant. We had gone for a wedding and had booked two rooms for the family. On reaching the hotel, we were told that our rooms are cancelled. For this cancellation, there was no intimation either from Booking.com or the hotel. Normally, the hotel calls you before your arrival one day before or the same day, but in this case, nothing happened. With great effort and arguments with the Hotel, we were provided 2 Rooms. What we could understand was there was a marriage function in the hotel, and they were wanting to use this cancelled rooms for the marriage party, which is not at all acceptable. I personally feel that this hotel should be warned strictly not to treat the customers in such a manner. Hope booking.com will take proper action against the hotel. If action is not taken against them, people will definitely shift to another some other Booking site. I for one will never visit this hotel again.
